This beautiful place is being managed by Florencio Aguilar better known as "Lencho". Lencho is the resturant's Head Chef and he has had 31+ years expierence in his profession, being  originaly from Guadalajara, Mexico.

Since then, he has worked for local restaurants like Chili's, Snaffers & Peppers. The idea is simple, they want to share with the customers the experience achieved in more than 30 years and give them the opportunity of tasting something different, special; beyond the traditional Mexican food that other restaurants of it kind can offer.
